Does Cal-Tek Company, Inc. require RMAs?
No, but please be sure to include contact information, return address, and specify any special requirements for
equipment returned to us for calibration or repair.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 5 to 7 working days for calibration work. Expedited service is available for certain instruments. Please contact us to arrange for expedited service.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are Net 30 days. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. Minimum quantities and distance limitations may apply, contact us for details.
Do you calibrate onsite?
Yes, although certain items may need to be calibrated at our facility. Please contact us to arrange for onsite service.
How often should I calibrate my equipment?
Customer calibration intervals should be established after careful consideration of factors such as equipment application(s), process tolerances, risk exposure, legal regulations, and quality system requirements.
Customers should be aware of the importance of these factors when specifying calibration intervals.
